Thanks Sam. Recognising we are (or the world is) in a tai-Yang phase is very helpful when applying the taiji process. Whatever is going on there can only be yin next (acceptance) followed by tai-yin (responsibility? Courage?). Following the natural phases gives us Hope for the future.

If we do not connect and unite the inner and the outer work, both are meaningless.
In fact there is no inner and outer world. They are one already from the beginning.
This is one of the innumerable meanings and teachings of the Tai Ji.
